One purchase is all you need for everyone to play the game. You will receive an email with a unique link that you should forward to your teammates.
You need a computer or laptop with an internet connection. (For optimal performance, we recommend Google Chrome for both PC and Mac.) It is also useful to keep a pen and paper on hand to take notes, and headphones increase the immersive experience.
Using the computer cursor, you will interact in this "point and click" adventure to find clues, solve puzzles, and navigate throughout the game.
Touch screens are not supported. You will need to play this on a desktop or laptop device. However, we found that some touchscreens, logging in with Chrome, can follow along, navigate through the game, and even locate some items and solve puzzles. Yet this is only supplemental to the game being played on a desktop or laptop and we do not support, nor recommend these devices.

The game typically lasts 90 minutes to over 3 hours, depending on your level of experience and number of players.
Yes. You can stop playing at any time you want and pick up where you left off.
However, if your teammates continue playing until the end, then the game is over. So, make sure everyone agrees to the break.
No. The game will autosave wherever you are when you and your teammates close your tab/browser window. We recommend that all players close the game tab whenever you step away from the game for an extended period.
The unique link to your game will not expire until the game is completed.
No, each code is for a one-time playthrough. Any puzzles solved during your play will remail solved.
Yes, have each person paste the link into their individual browser at the same time. Keep in mind that the game will save once everyone has closed their browsers.
The team size is up to you. We recommend 3 to 5 players for maximum experience.
Yes, you can.
Yes, some people like to cast the game to a TV and play as a group on one machine.
There are no age restrictions. The game contains no gore and no foul language. However, given the difficulty of the puzzles, and the fear factor, we recommend 16 years and above, though many families have played with younger children.

We recommend you close all unnecessary browser tabs - not related to the game - during play to help with load times.
